  • Condition: I just got this back from the best brass repair shop in the Mid West. It was ultrasonically cleaned some dents were removed the slide and braces were aligned. It is ready to play slide works great you can still see some evidence of dent removal on the tuning slide crook. The water key arm is broken about half way down the arm it still works as it should but the arm is short and a little rough. It has the original finish and there is some finish loss. Take a good look at pics and feel free to ask questions. This is not new but I am pretty sure it is the original finish. partial serial number 175,xxx should be about a 1950 or 1951 Great horn absolutely ready to play. The slide stocking measures approx. .530 outside diameter.

    1950 or 51 MARTIN COMMITTEE PRO TROMBONE JUST FULLY SERVICED & CLEANED AND ALIGNED IN VERY GOOD CONDITION
    This is a Super good trombone  it plays great slide moves great  sounds great  .  It had some dents & dings I had the dents removed it has  scratches &   finish wear. and the water key arm is short ( the end of it is broken off.   It is a good instrument, it should absolutely be ready to play right out of the box.  I would estimate the finish at approx. 80% or more remaining it looks pretty good.   Please see cond. description above for full report.     I would estimate it to be from the early 1950's based on the serial number which is in part 175,xxx
