Up for sale is a Used FE Olds Tenor Trombone (Los Angeles)
Serial #14745 – 1955 Vintage
Used – sold as is.
This appears to be a military purchase as no model is stamped but it does have a large US engraved in the logo.
Its actually in good shape considering the age.
There is about 10% finish wear.
Minor dents on the bell.
The main slide needs a good cleaning and minor adjustments but it has a nice smooth action.
No plating wear on the nickel silver inner slide tubes – great air compression.
There is a dent on the bottom bow crook but it shouldn’t restrict the air flow.
