Warranty and Returns
Warranty for USA
-  The products we sell are brand new and covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  We do not perform warranty repairs -- all warranty service and replacement is performed by the manufacturer.  Buyer should contact the manufacturer of the product for warranty service during the warranty period.
International Warranty
- When an item is shipped outside of the United States, it is covered by the U.S. warranty only and
must be serviced in the United States
.  If the product is defective it must be sent back to us upon arrival, as they may have been damaged in transit or during installation.  You (buyer) are responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.  Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any items.
Returns
- We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.  We do not accept returns of opened or installed items, or where an installation has been attempted.  Returned items must be in brand new, mint condition with all of the original parts and packaging intact and unmodified.  A 10% minimum restocking fee may apply to your returns and shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund due.
