This book is a continuation of the original history picking up where the first book left off.  Soft cover with staples, 45 pages with NO index.
Both of these books come from a private collection.  The cover to the  hard back book shows wear, soiling, and fading from age and use.  The interior is in very good condition with occasional markings in pencil.  Binding is tight and intact.  The cover to the soft cover book shows slight wear, soiling, and fading from age and use.  The interior is in very good condition with no apparent markings.  Both books are USED books and sold AS IS.
