Holton Chicago "SPECIAL" Trombone-A Collector horn!!
Here is a real nice Holton Chicago SPECIAL Trombone that has just been reconditioned to look and play like the day it was made. It has been overhauled by one of the best overhaul shops in the world. It received a complete overhaul with ALL dents removed and buffed and bright silver plated. The serial number is #5249 and the engraving on the bell reads Holton Special Made by Frank Holton Co Chicago. The bell diameter is 7", the length is 27 1/2" and the inside slide stocking diameter on the outside of the sleeve is .505. The engraving is BEAUTIFUL! The long sldes are not as tight as I would like them but I kept them the way I purchased the horn because it should go to a collector.Winning bidder pays shipping in the USA.
