* Include a copy of the original invoice, with the RGA number documented.

Warranty
Claims:
Within 7 Calendar Days, if items are being returned for warranty credit or repair, they are subject to manufacturer approval for replacement. Christian Photo will process approved claims only after the manufacturer has examined the product. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this process to be completed.
Special order items are NOT eligible for return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns without an RGA number will not be processed.
