Koeltzow Genealogy.  Two large binders full of genealogical information about the Koeltzow families of Texas and SW Oklahoma.  No publication date but probably in early 2000s as this is a personal set of books on the family history.  Last page is 709.  Each binder is 12 x 12 x 4."  Very heavy set, shipping weight will be about 20 pounds.  Each page is in a clear plastic page folder.  Many photos and document copies, some old and some fairly new.  Family names include Weber, Neumann, Felter and many, many more, too numerous to mention and not in any order except by family.  Yes, maybe this cost seems excessive but consider how much it would cost to do all the research.
