    Hand  crafted solid beech clacker for use during Holy Week Liturgies in the Catholic Church have become popular with the renewed interest in traditional liturgies.  Measuring approximately 9 inches tall with an oak hammer that when swung alerts the congregation to a significant time in the liturgy much like the altar bells that they replace during most of Holy Week before Easter.
