Lord Nelson Ware Royal Brocade Chintz Demitasse/expresso Cups & Saucers 4 sets
immaculate  no nicks chips cracks or breaks   some crazing consistent with age
Materials: China, Gold Trim, Chintz Ware
Vintage Lord Nelson Ware, flat demitasse cup, in the Royal Brocade pattern. Made in England between the late 1940's and the early 1950's when chintz ware was very popular. All over pattern of ivory, five petal daisies with powder blue centers against a cranberry red background. Lovely combination of colors. Gold trim details on top rim of cup and on side and back of handle. Double marked on the base, (one mark in gold-one mark over top in black ink)
In very nice vintage condition-no chips, cracks, fleabites! Very tiny overall crazing which is common on these pieces.
Single Flat Demitasse Cups measures 2 1/8" height, 3" width including handle, 2" top opening.
Beautiful Rare hard to find  (especially a set of 4)
