With an easy to read, large LCD display, the Chromatic tuner function of this device can be used to tune any instrument. The guitar, bass, violin, viola and cello tuning modes have eliminated and simplified the fuss and guess work of tuning stringed instruments. . If a refund is desired, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt.
After the merchandise arrives in its original condition, we will refund you the item price less shipping and handling. Due to the nature of online business and the unbeatable deals we offer, shipping and handling fees is non-refundable in any circumstances.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the merchandise. An RMA number MUST be visible on the returned package. Damage/Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival
Damage upon arrival:
If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
Discrepancies:
If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.
Purchased a wrong item:
If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 30 days of receipt.
