    At the end of the 1880's the Goodspeed Company gleaned from the various families in Poinsett County their personal historical and genealogical records for this volume.  Since most of the data came from  the families themselves you can be sure that it is more accurate than other sources.  The history of the county was added by the Goodspeed Company and Mountain Press added a full name index which the original did not have.
