    Description

Inspiring prayer to Our Lord in His painful and sorrowful Passion, in that moment when Pilate presented Him to the Crowd, saying in Latin: "Ecce Homo", which means "Behold the Man".
This miraculous image was painted by Mother Marie Faustina, upon the request of Our Lord Himself to His Excellency, Bishop Jean Marie; during Holy Week of 2001, Our Lord appeared to him and made several promises for those who would honor His sufferings through the Sacred Image.
In a subsequent apparition, Our Lord requested the Bishop to build a Shrine that would house His Sacred Image, of which construction the Bishop and his Religious people realized from 2007 to 2009; the new Shrine to the Ecce Homo, he consecrated on October 9th, that same year 2009.
