    Description

    Server Express multiples are constructed of a brush finish stainless steel base and lid with surgical&dashquality plastic pumps. Dispensing levers are black polypropylene. The capacity is 1&dash1&sol2 gallons per pouch and the pumps yields 1 oz per stroke with portion control to reduce the yield in 1&sol4 oz. increments. The Server Express exclusively uses Cryovac pouches with 16mm fitment and achieves up to 98&percnt evacuation. NOTE: Unit should NOT be used for bag of Nacho Cheese. Intended for non&dashpotentially hazardous product, served at ambient temperature. Aseptically packaged cheese &lparshelf&dashstable&rpar is not generally available in 1.5 gallon pouch with 16mm fitment.
