    This stainless steel pump from Server Products dispenses thicker products and sauces such as pourable peanut butter sauce directly from a &num10 can or 3 Qt. stainless steel jar model&num 94009 &lparsold separately&rpar. A 1 oz serving is the maximum portion per stroke. Portions can be reduced in 1&sol8 oz increments, using the supplied gauging collars. This pump can be used for hot or cold food products. Not intended for dispensing potentially hazardous foods, such as sour cream. Larger &lparthan standard&rpar discharge tube is designed to dispense thicker products and sauces with less force. Thin products such as oil would drip; a suggestion would be SP 82000.
