Hard cover, 149 pages.  This is the actual 1910 edition...NOT a reprint.  A wonderful addition for anyone who collects very old genealogical publications.  Be sure to check the picture of the Table of Contents to see this book has some very old genealogical lines.
The condition of this book is poor at best. Please check pictures as I have tried to show this through the pictures. This is an ex-library copy with library markings. This book has been in several libraries and bears the markings from them.  Book has also been in a private collection for a number of years. Cover shows MUCH wear, soiling, and fading from age and use.  The hard cover of the spine has come loose. The hard cover of the spine is held on by a thread or two.  The cover shows a great deal of wear.  Interior pages have browned with age.  A number of the signatures have come loose and in some cases the pages have broken free of the signatures and these pages along the spine area are brittle.  All pages are with the book.  Other than the stated library markings - the interior does not appear to have any other apparent markings in the text.  A great deal of restoration work needs to be done on this book.  Again, please note - this book is in poor condition - but all pages are accounted for.. This is a USED book and sold AS IS.
