I was given this by a fellow traveler in Hawaii, maybe summer 1979. They were moving on and lightening their load.... The same reason I'm now listing this.
The pamphlet had seen better days when I got it. I threw it in a plastic sleeve and kept it there over the years. I can send more pics.
