Rare Island Surfboards Hawaii Stinger Surfboard By Dave Ronk. Condition is "Used". This  is an early 70s surfboard, shaped by Dave Ronk,  and is in pretty good condition especially for how old it is. A few minor pressure dings and scratches - and a minor ding on the tail.
Dave Ronk started shaping in california, then moved to the north shore of oahu, continued shaping and later became Officer Dave Ronk, working with HPD.
His life was cut short in 1987 when he was killed in the line of duty, while serving a TRO.
He was a hero, and a rolemodel taken too soon, some say.
Fhjs board is a really cool and classic piece of surf history.
